I shift power, build wealth, and help leaders see what’s possible—then go claim it.
I’m a Founder, CEO, educator, author, real estate investor, and emerging media founder committed to elevating the economic and leadership trajectory of Black and Brown educators across the country.

From Classroom Educator to Empire Builder
I’ve spent my life helping people uncover the possibility they didn’t recognize as their own.
And if this is the beginning,
imagine what comes
About Dr. Erica Jordan-Thomas

I’m an educator by training, but a visionary and builder by design.
I’ve led schools, earned a doctorate from Harvard, built a multi–seven-figure company from the ground up, coached thousands of educators into entrepreneurship, and supported clients in generating over $11.7M collectively through the work we’ve done together.
But my work goes far beyond teaching people how to start businesses.
I help leaders claim the power of their expertise, build sustainable wealth, and design lives anchored in freedom, joy, and purpose. I believe in frameworks over fluff, integrity over ego, and outcomes that speak louder than motivation ever could.
And as my work expands, so does my mission.
I’m stepping boldly into authorship, real estate, and national thought leadership — building platforms that shift power, elevate voices, and reshape what’s possible for the communities I serve.
Whether I’m on stage or inside one of my programs, my goal is the same:
Empowerment that translates into real results… and lives that look like freedom.

Work with Me
I help Audiences Step into Their Power and Their Dream Life.
My debut book with Hay House is the blueprint I wish every educator had access to. not just for business, but for Liberation
It’s the culmination of years of research, lived experience, business strategy, and the frameworks that have transformed the income, identity, and trajectory of thousands of educators across the country.
But this book does something rare.
It names what we all know but are rarely given permission to say out loud:
That wealth is a social justice issue, and educators earning in alignment with their impact is one of the most revolutionary acts of our time.
For generations, educators — especially Black educators and educators of color — have been expected to lead, sacrifice, save entire systems, and do it quietly. This book disrupts that narrative. It’s for the educator who knows their expertise is powerful, who feels the pull toward a bigger life, and who wants a clear, equitable path to build wealth without abandoning their purpose.
If you’re ready to take ownership of your gifts, your power, and your earning potential…this book is both a permission slip and a protest. A roadmap to rise — and a reminder that your rise is part of the revolution.
